blinding! best libertines gig i been to. set : up the bracket, horrorshow, i get along, mayday, the delaney and time for heroes. crowd was mental, stage was small. pete and carl falling all over the stage and crowd, with 1 mic, held by the soundguy cos of the loss of a stand. carls amp inaudible and generally shambolic. pure classss.

Yep, completely mental. Pete holding the mic for the first few songs and therefore not able to play guitar, Up The Bracket, Horror Show and I Get Along were completely mental. Carl's mic fucked, basically very little worked but it was still great. Wouldn't say it was my favourite Libs gig, but London smog was getting the better of me and I didn't feel on top form  Still great to see the lads and hear those opening pangs of Horror Show though... oh yes! |

It was great.... i loved it! It wasn't my favourite Libs gig either, but it was brilliant. Shambolic and total mayhem. Just how I like it.
Bit on the short side though.... 7 hours travelling for 6 songs, but oh so worth it.

YEAHHH! it was very fun....lovely chairs....it was a room full of band people and mad dancing folk and myself *glum*  bouncers were inhumane hurting that bloke for spitting water... bah jsut because tehre man mountains.. but what do ye expect.. OOOO! MARVELOUS! better if you have somewhere to go after the show... stalking london streets in such cold weather o fun.. but they were the only bad points.... It's such fun at being an amature tube user.... *northenerrr* yeaahhh jazzeh like say cats. OH holly i love that avataaaa-a-a-a-rrr thats beautiful a pink carloth..where's that from if you don't mind me asking?! oXo |

lucky that i had the albion rooms to go to then. ummm not sure i like the sound of northerners. i was talking to the candy's guy and a girl from up north.... they were pretty weird. pity about the sound quality, and as for the cherubs and the ivs, what a load of wank. hope you picked up the libertines christmas card to you all.

I went straight to the train station too... found a nice scottish milkman to help us find the way though, and train man showed me to a warm(ish) waiting room to escape the cold, and a random man brough me a paper. Who says its not a good idea to go roaming the streets on London at night?? OH holly i love that avataaaa-a-a-a-rrr thats beautiful a pink carloth..where's that from if you don't mind me asking?! well....i missed the gig, though...admit i've never seen them for two months now...so the spell of lucky number wasn't yet broken....till the next time i see them!!!
nice to meet you Holly...and Tim again...sorry for my quietness...you could hear how abyssmal my voice became and to be honest...i'm still stuck in bed as the stupid cold won't go away!!!
Divine Gary allowed me to share his cab...how sweet he was...!!! well...Gary and John and I live just ten mins from one another though I never bump into them in Sainsbury Local!
And things become no longer tense between me and Carlos...he teased me about my appearance in the NME and I told the boy to shut the fuck up and never mention a word about NME to me again or I'd kill him!
nice to see you all...and Holly...great pleasure to meet you...don't stalk the streets of London alone...you and you ad you all are welcome to my pandemonium hole...i always depended on the kindness of stangers while i missed the train back from the libs gig and i'm happy to let u stay at mine....and if it's too small to sleep...at least we can have a little party until the next morning!

i wanted 2 go but cldnt wasnt allowed 2 coz i had been 2 c laws of shotgun then Killing Miranda then Mcalmont n butler and i wasnt allwed 2 go 2 another gig that week although technically killingmmiranda was the week b4
