His charges are blackmail and robbery
Robbery is when youi forcibly part someone from their possesions, perhaps in quite a violent manner. Burglary is stealing from a dwelling. I don't know about the blackmail, but the robbery sounds about right.

Waste of time, its like when they were sellin the free pete doherty t-shirts at gigs he was actually playing at. Some people.
And id have hit that Carlish bloke too, and i wouldn't have gone to prison for it either. If everyone who'd hit someone went to prison......
