I was watching pete last night at The Astoria (ahem!) and I was watching his hands on the chord changes, when i noticed that he doesnt play the same chords as me, in that i alway play barre chords and he seems to play most chords on what looked to be the top strings (d,g,b and e) i'm confused, how many ways can u play a chord for fucks sake.
Help?

major minor

it's just a more open approach to barre chords. some poeple play it like

Right then Clarkuss, You seem to be the brains of this outfit. How the fuck do you work out all these lead bits cos i aint got a fuckin' clue!? I know Chords, but i never got round to learning how to "play" a guitar, I know theres all these scales and stuff, and, I've decided i wanna learn properly. Where do I start??
