I know this isnt actually about tab but can anyone recomend me a decent amp suitable for indie/libs style rock? i aint got that much to spend on it but would be most appreciative if any one could point me in the right direction. cheers

Always a Marshall I have to say!!! I got a Marshall amplifier for christmas and it's totally fab, you can get some great sounds from it, The Libs use these amplifiers I beleive.

try the MG models, they come in varying wattages, and are as cheap as you'll get really. I've got a Marshall MG 15watt and it's fine as a practise amp.

Turn treble up full whack and bass about 10 o clock.
Beautiful amps...need a cabinet soon. Any ideas?

Yeah, mines a Marshall MG30, think it was about £130.00, it's beatiful definitley the best amplifier I have ever used!!

Got a Marshall MG30DFX at the mo, ideal for home and small gigs / practice etc. Try AXL for bargain amps that have an...uhh...interesting shitty sound, I love my little 10w amp! Seriously, they're really good if you want a pukka distortion sound that doesn't sound like friggin' Incubus or Slayer...
Any ideas for a cabinet set up etc? got about 500 - 600 notes to spend...
