ok i play this and it sounds pretty good...
i just play the chords C for two bars alternating between C and i think C add9 or open C with your pinky on the 4th fret of the B string
then do the same with F for a bar alternating your pinky on and of the Eb on the B string. then go to G and follow the chord sequence.
does that amke any sense?
so it's C(open) adding the 9th every other half beat
then F and the same then G
try that see how you get on. i can play it over msn to let you ehar how it goes if you want.
