It was a little the incarnation of the' ugly back', Malkmus. That the remainder: a guy who does not have large-thing with foutre of it.
When we left the coffee, it awaited us, posed against the wall, smoking a cigarette, seeming nothing to await anything, just there, in the train of cloper. It had the older air, it imposed some a little, but Stephen Malkmus remained faithful to the image that we had some. A slackened guy, who seems more to be able to be disappointed or aggravated by anything, which does not seem ready either to be invested more than that. A guy with a guitar, which was going to pose three songs folk for us, then to forget, to then tell with its pals that we asked him to sing Pavement…
But what imports. For me, undoubtedly for much, only one second justified these vidéos. It was on a bridge of the Channel St Martin, it is at 49 seconds, these is the voice which runs off the line, and which carries with it, in this small strangeness, all the charm, all history of a group which we liked.
