hahah...you looked it up. well if you look under california, the state of my residency, is says 18. this is why i thought that the national age for being a minor was 18. mea culpa.

it only matters if one person is over the age limit. therefore, two 16 years can have sex without any problems. but, let's say in cali, an 18 year old and 16 year old cannot hook up.

people get funny about things over here tooo though, a two year age difference seems a lot at 15 but in ten years it wouldnt....
