How do i do this, and also burning the seesion to cd, do i need to change the format of the file???

all the babyshambles downloads on this site are in mp3 format so they should be relativley easy to burn onto a CD or put on an mp3 player. Unless you have a Program on your computer that plays your mp3s which converts them to a different file format???
