any news from the supergrass tour. i'm going to the 28th/29th at sheps bush and prob 24th in southampton. also got tickets for the hmv gig on 23rd.
quite good really.

No band news, but a couple of friends have been to the gigs, one in Newcastle, one in Glasgow - both had never seen them before and were completely blown away! One branded them 'amazing' with 'mega catchy songs', the other was depressed they didn't play for longer than half an hour and 'understood why I stalked them on their tour' - another two converts there I think!! Im goin manchester academy on sunday though i dont know how im going to get home with the trains being on strike,
im not missing this one though,
beatings and black madonnas? some people have all the fun, id love to have gone the HMV gig aswell,
I wonder why no one ever does gigs in HMV Warrington

Fucking amazing. I was in Glasgow... oooh they didn't disappoint, I dragged a load of mates along who hadn't seen them before, and they now understand my ranting too.
Carl says they're going to be on Jools Holland next week too! Yay!

Cheers for the info about Jools Holland! I never normally watch it, partly because I can't stand the smug little git that presents it and partly because I think the bands never really sound that great, but I'll definitely be tuning in for that one!
Glad you enjoyed The Black Madonnas, Rob - let's hope they do some dates outside London as soon as...

I might well do that Rob, I just might, Nov 2nd is a Friday isn't it?! Champion. How did you get hold of the single then - did you pick it up at the gig? I tried the record label website again (still nothing) and a few online music stores, but couldn't find anything.
