Right, this is just a quick tab after listening to the song on The Freewheelin'
I've tabbed it in major for simplicity as it sounds like the guitar has been tuned down half a step on the recording.
Verse 1: Dm/Gm/Dm/Gm/F/C/Dm/A#7/A7
Verse 2: Dm/Gm/Dm/Gm/C/F/A#/E/A7
Chorus : Dm/Gm/Dm/A7/Dm/Gm/Dm/A7/Dm/A7
Verse 3: Dm/Gm/Dm/Gm/C/F/C/A#7/A7
Verse 4: Dm/Gm/Dm/Gm/C/F/A#/E/A7
Chorus : Dm/Gm/Dm/A7/Dm/Gm/Dm/A7/Dm/A7
Chorus : D#m/G#m/D#m/A#7/D#m/G#m/D#m/A#7/D#m/A#7
Outro : Em/Fm/F#m
Look out for the C before the F in the 3rd verse.
I play this as barre chords mostly, bar the E's,C's and F's.
The final three chords should be played as barre's starting on the 7th fret, working up.

I, I was surprised
I was surprised
Surprised you stayed
Only to be betrayed
By the one you gave
All your love and trust to
Oh but how could I let go?
Since I caught a glimpse of your
Your human soul
You were dancing to Northern soul
Just one glance, oh everybody knows
There she goes, a little heartache
Man there she goes, a little pain
Make no mistake
She sheds her skin like a snake
On the dirty road to fame
Oh, I was to implore
That you forget all you saw
When you game through my door
oh you held me back...........?.................................
Also, how could I let go?
Since I caught a glimpse of
Your white plimsoles
Twisting and turning to Northern soul
It was just one glance
Oh well, you know
There she goes, a little heartache
There she goes, a little heartache
Oh there she goes, a little pain
Make no mistake
She sheds her skin like a snake
On the dirty road to fame
There she goes, a little heartache
There she goes, a little pain
Oh make no mistake
She sheds her skin like a snake
Gonna walk that plank again
There she goes, a little
There she goes, a little
There she...
