Hey, I picked up a copy of NME a few months ago and I saw something about The Libertines and I decided to download a couple of songs and if I can find the album, I'd like the buy it. Well anyway, I just joined and I heard something about Pete leaving the group? Can anyone tell me what happened?

well im not really sure but
-pete has had problems with drugs
-was sacked untill he has cleaned up his act
-formed new band called the libertines
-robbed carls flat
-may face a gaol term
and buy their album if you havent its one of the best ever - and im not joking either. I believe that the libertines will stick together. But who knows at the moment .

yeah you need to go and buy it, its being rereleased soon i think so best wait till then cos itll prob have more tracks on and extra stuff.
domm pretty much summed up petes situation, im still optimistic about the whole thing though.
