a gibson spitfire the only known british designed gibson acoustic. but he has used loads of different guitars in the past takamines and guilds he has probably sold most of them for stone though

yeah.....do u know if there semi acoustic or just normal acoustic...im trying to hide the fact that the songs sound nothing like his when i play them so rather than except that im shit at playing, im just going to lay all the blame squarly on the guitar itself!

he does use semis but i should he uses old 50s semis that are more acoustic than electric i could not tell you the names. the reason your guitar does not sound like petes is because his guitar is miced up i dont know the technical terms for it but guitars well any intrument and voices sond a lot better miced

He used a mid-60s/70s Gibson J-45 for a lot of last year as far as i can remember. He has a Gretsch archtop that he uses for that kind of sound too, both are going to set you back at least a thousand quid. But you know rockstars. Guitars come and go. He's got/had a couple of Martins too, and a Taylor...

as far as i'm aware his main in studio acoustic guitar has been his martin with a fitted fishman pick up
