i do mine using notepad and easy html, using html, but you can buy software that makes it easy to build websites, ranging in price.

I'm gonna look into sorting out a site where all sorts of artists can get together and discuss ideas.
Like fashion designing, music, photographers, painters and that.
Its only early tho gotta look for funding and input from others and the like.

Free webs is good i guess if you dont know html, but i think their templates are kinda ugly. Learn html is my advice!
